Small Group Athletic Training

With a limit of six people per group, small group athletic training allow you to train like an athlete affordably and effectively.

Classes are 75 minutes in length and cover the following areas: Current Class Schedule

* Dynamic mobility

* Speed, agility and power

* Strength

* Conditioning

These classes are built for athletes but designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. You’ll enhance athletic attributes and improve body composition in each challenging class.

Class Schedule

12:00-1:15 pm – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6:00-7:15 pm – Monday to Friday

7:30-8:45 pm – Monday to Thursday

Morning classes coming soon.

Pricing (per four week session):

Twice a week: $200

Three times a week: $270

Four times a week: $320

Kettlebell Classes

Old school meets new school in these gruelling conditioning classes. Combine athletic movements with strength, power and endurance. Lose fat, gain lean muscle and push past your own boundaries with certified kettlebell coach Steve Vrbancic.
