		<description>Great article.  I&#039;ve had people take long breaks from running and just focus on strength work and nutrition.  When they went back to running after building a good sound base of muscle with a focus on structural balance and core strength, they felt like they were flying!
Now I&#039;m seeing more and more people with osteoarthritis in the knee and wish I could have gotten my hands on them to build some muscle for living. 
We are on the same page Bang Fitness!

		<description>Thanks for this great article. I have been following (for 7 weeks) the plan in New Rules of Lifting for Women... so I couldn&#039;t agree more with what you are saying. The results I am seeing (due to the weight training, HIIT and nutrition plan) FAR outweigh anything I have seen when I have done lots of running in the past years.
I would LOVE to come and train at your gym. It&#039;s a little out of my area... but maybe once I&#039;m done NROLFW, I&#039;ll come check it out.
