Small Group Athletic Training
With a limit of six people per group, small group athletic training allow you to train like an athlete affordably and effectively.
Classes are 75 minutes in length and cover the following areas:
* Dynamic mobility
* Speed, agility and power
* Strength
* Conditioning
These classes are built for athletes but designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. You’ll enhance athletic attributes and improve body composition in each challenging class.
Class Schedule
12:00-1:15 pm – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:00-7:15 pm – Monday to Friday
7:30-8:45 pm – Monday to Thursday

Personal Training
Personal training offers the ultimate in customized workouts. Our trainers will assess you and design a program that is optimized for you alone. Your own goals, abilities and idiosyncracies (we suspect you’ve got a few) will be factored in to an efficient, effective approach way to meet your goals.

Our program design service provides a customized plan that takes your goals, physical status, time and motivation into account.
