Project Ford: Olympic Edition
A little over a week ago, we posted a simple but challenging exercise circuit that we felt Toronto’s mayor would be able to perform.
We used three simple exercises: A sled or tire push, battle ropes; and (naturally) a keg carry. Timing is set to 30 seconds per round with recovery as necessary. These exercises aren’t easy to perform (and of course need to be qualified for) but they do help us sidestep many of the pitfalls of other fat-loss solutions. There is no relentless pounding on joints, no unnecessarily long hours of training and no need for skill development — almost anyone can perform this circuit.
This past weekend, Olympian and World Champion, Perdita Felicien left her hurdles behind to come and do the circuit herself. She worked hard, pushed herself and ended things with a call-out to Rob Ford. Check it out:
