Project Ford
Geoff was interviewed yesterday on Toronto mayor Rob Ford’s proposed fitness plan. He thought we’d contribute to the city’s fitness by suggesting a few exercises that Mayor Ford would be ready to undertake immediately. Take a look:

man, send the Mayor to the moon. There is less gravity there… so you don’t have to concern about his joints.
in time: I will do it as my finisher. I will call it Finishing Ford.
3 laps to start: Push tire / 30 sec ropes (15 short / 15 long) / 1 lap keg (weight can vary) – rest 30s.
if it is easy, increase a lap up to 5.
if it is easy, decrease the rest to 20, 10, zero.
