SEMINAR: Effective Fat-loss Strategies
We’ve got a seminar coming up on the 17th of April. Here’s what it’s about:
There are a few things that we do really well at Bang Fitness. One of those is fat-loss. More specifically, it’s fat-loss that sticks. We’re always looking at the big picture – at what foundational elements need to be in place for sustainable success.
Sustainability is a pretty big buzzword these days but it’s for good reason. When we talk about sustainability, it’s not about windmills or solar cells. It’s because we don’t want to be another short-term solution – a reaction to a reaction. We want to provide all the tools necessary to integrate body composition goals with the demands of living, working and eating in this world.
Our upcoming seminar is going to deal with all of these topics. We’ll examine the approaches to exercise and movement we use at Bang Fitness, how to prioritize your lifestyle choices and a whole lot more.
Attendance will be $50 in advance or $70 at the door. This is less than the cost of one personal training session but will give you the tools to exercise more effectively every time you step in the gym. We think that’s pretty good.
