Jay has done it all. From group classes and bootcamps to epic cardio sessions. He’s the kind of guy who isn’t happy until he’s had to come face to face with his own limits. His hit those limits hard, though, when his low-back started hurting. First his workouts were affected and then his daily life. Even driving became painful. He felt like pain was simply the price you paid for getting fit.

Our team knew that keeping Jay happy meant tough workouts that delivered results. BUT that wasn’t enough for us. We needed to integrate an approach that increased his joint health and decreased pain. That’s exactly what happened. Jay’s back pain began to disappear at the same time he saw improvements in his fitness, strength, and body composition. After about a year, Jay was able to deadlift pain-free for the first time in years, felt stronger than ever, had dropped 7.5% body fat AND added 14 lb of muscle—all while enjoying the feeling of really being able to really push himself.

SCHEDULING IS EASY

Think of it as personal training on-demand. Our Hybrid Training sessions start at 6:30 am and end at 9 pm on most days.

Timing is flexible and–with our friendly staff and mobile app–getting in is simple and convenient.
